Secretary is a title often used in organizations to indicate a person having a certain amount of authority, Power (social and political), power, or importance in the organization. Kamel Maghur
Kamel Hassan Maghur (; 1 January 1935 – 4 January 2002) was a Libyan lawyer, diplomat, and writer. Biography Kamel Maghur was born in Dahra, Tripoli, Italian Libya on January 1, 1935. He graduated from Cairo University with a degree in law. Maghur became a recognized lawyer, leading several notable trials, including representing the Libyan Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party and the Arab Nationalist Movement in the early 1960s. In late 1960s, he represented several high ranking officials of the Kingdom of Libya in the Libyan People's Court, a televised trial. He then participated in the negotiations leading to the closure of foreign military bases in Libya and the oil agreement. Death In Office
A death in office is the death of a person who was incumbent of an office-position until the time of death. Such deaths have been usually due to natural causes, but they are also caused by accidents, suicides, disease and assassinations. The death of most monarchs and popes have been deaths in office, as the very nature of their positions is for life. As most other office positions require that the incumbent be constantly competent in performing the associated duties, other deaths in office are usually premature deaths. Haitham al-Ghais (; born October 1969) is a Kuwaiti oil executive and diplomat who has served as Secretary General of OPEC since 2022. Mohammed Barkindo
Mohammed Sanusi Barkindo (20 April 1959 – 5 July 2022) was a Nigerian politician. From 1 August 2016 until his death, he was the secretary general of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries. He helped to create the OPEC+ alliance between OPEC members and other oil-producing countries. Barkindo previously served as acting secretary general in 2006. He led the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation from 2009 to 2010, and headed Nigeria's technical delegation to UN climate negotiations beginning in 1991. Edmund Maduabebe Daukoru (born 13 October 1943) is a former Nigerian Minister of State for Energy and was Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in 2006. Abdallah Salem El-Badri
Abdalla Salem el-Badri (born 25 May 1940) is a former Libyan official who served as Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Minister of Petroleum, Minister of Energy, Minister of Management, and Deputy Prime Minister.
