Sebastian Lindholm
Sebastian "Basti" Lindholm (born 30 January 1961 in Helsinki) is a rally driver from Finland. He is a cousin of Marcus Grönholm. Lindholm has won the Finnish Rally Championship eight times; 1990, 1993, 1995, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006. Lindholm has also competed in 37 World Rally Championship events. His best result is fourth at the 1997 Rally Finland, driving a Ford Escort WRC. In 2007, Lindholm drove Suzuki's SX 4 WRC in its gravel debut at the 2007 Rally GB. On 19 July 2009, Lindholm was involved in a fatal accident in Estonia at Lõuna-Eesti Rally when he crashed on the fourth stage. With the speed around , Lindholm hit a spectator who died instantly. Uusikaupunki
Uusikaupunki (; sv, Nystad, ) is a list of towns in Finland, town and municipalities of Finland, municipality of Finland. It is located in the Southwest Finland regions of Finland, region, northwest of Turku and south of Pori. The municipality has a population of () and covers an area of of which is inland water. Finnish Rally Championship
The Finnish Rally Championship is the national rally championship in Finland. The series currently has four classes; Super4 (including R5, S2000 and old WRC cars), Production4 (including Group N cars), R2 (including R2 and R1 cars) and Super2 (including other 2WD cars apart from R2 and R1). History The series began in 1959 and featured four events; Hankiralli, 500-ralli, Syysralli and the 1000 Lakes Rally. Esko Keinänen and his co-driver Kai Nuortila took the title with a Peugeot 403. In 1970, Group 2 was introduced with Timo Mäkinen taking the first title. Group 4 championship was contested from 1976 to 1978. Audi 80 Quattro
The Audi 80 is a compact executive car produced by the Audi subdivision of the Volkswagen Group across four generations from 1966 to 1996. It shared its platform with the Volkswagen Passat from 1973 to 1986 and was available as a saloon, and station wagon — the latter marketed by Audi as the Avant. Rally GB
Wales Rally GB was the most recent iteration of the United Kingdom's premier international motor rally, which ran under various names since the first event held in 1932. It was consistently a round of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) calendar from the inaugural 1973 season until the rally's final running in 2019, and was also frequently included in the British Rally Championship. The first rallies in the 1930s were simply known as Royal Automobile Club (RAC) Rallies and did not necessarily require leaving England. In 1951 the club organised the first annual RAC International Rally of Great Britain to tour the island, and until the 53rd event in 1997 this was still commonly known as the RAC Rally. In 1998, amidst a restructuring of the club and its commercial activities, the event lost its RAC identity and became known as the Rally of Great Britain or Rally GB, with title sponsorship from the Government of Wales since 2003. Suzuki SX4 WRC
The Suzuki SX4 WRC is a World Rally Car built for the Suzuki World Rally Team by Suzuki in the World Rally Championship. It is based upon the Suzuki SX4 road car, and was debuted at the 2007 Tour de Corse. Competition history World Rally Championship At the 2007 Geneva Motor Show, Suzuki announced it would enter the FIA World Rally Championship, with the factory backed Suzuki World Rally Team in the World Rally Car category in 2007, using the SX4 WRC with AWD and the J20 engine producing and of torque.
