Satu Rämö (born 1980) is a Finnish-Icelandic author and an entrepreneur in communications. Education Rämö earned her Master of Science in Economics (''kauppatieteiden maisteri'') and a Bachelor of Arts (''humanististen tieteiden kandidaatti''). Books She was the top-selling Finnish author in 2023. Rämö’s book series Hildur sold almost 330 000 copies counting all editions in 2023. Roughly estimated, the yearly earnings for the book sales for Rämö were 426 000 euros. A new work in her detective series, ''Rakel'', will be published in November 2024. As of September 2024, the publishing rights for ''Hildur'' series has been sold to 17 countries, including Germany, France, the Nordics and the UK. Forssa
Forssa is a Cities of Finland, town and municipalities of Finland, municipality of Finland. ''Hildur'' is a detective novel series written by Finnish-Icelandic author Satu Rämö. A play based on the novels premiered Autumn 2024 at Turku City Theatre. The play has been dramatized by Satu Rasila and it is directed by Anne Rautiainen. ''Hildur'' will also be made into a television series. Ísafjörður
Ísafjörður (pronounced , meaning ''ice fjord'', literally ''fjord of ices'') is a town in the northwest of Iceland.
