Santiago Véscovi
Santiago Véscovi Vannet (born 14 September 2001) is a Uruguayan professional basketball player for the Baxi Manresa of the Liga ACB. He played college basketball for the Tennessee Volunteers. Early life and career Born in Montevideo, Véscovi grew up playing basketball at the youth level for Club Atlético Bohemios. In July 2017, his performance at a Basketball Without Borders camp in The Bahamas helped him earn an invitation to the NBA Academy Latin America in Mexico City. At age 16, he began attending the academy, while receiving online education through the Apex Learning Virtual School. In July 2019, Véscovi moved to the NBA Global Academy, a training center at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. That month, he led his team to the 2019 NBA Academy Games championship. Véscovi was named most valuable player of the 2019 Skill Factory Tournament of Champions after averaging 17.4 points per game. WATE-TV (channel 6) is a television station in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, affiliated with ABC and owned by Nexstar Media Group. The station's studios are located in the Greystone mansion on North Broadway/ SR 33/ SR 71/ US 441, and its transmitter is located on Sharp's Ridge in North Knoxville. History Channel 6 was East Tennessee's first television station, signing on the air at 8 p.m. on October 1, 1953, as WROL-TV. Lamonte Centerius Turner (born July 4, 1997) is an American professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the Tennessee Volunteers. High school career Turner played high school basketball for Sparkman High School in Harvest, Alabama. Richard Barnes (born July 17, 1954) is an American college basketball coach who is currently the head coach at the University of Tennessee. He is also known for coaching at the University of Texas from 1998 to 2015, taking the team to the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament in 16 of his 17 seasons—including 14 straight from 1999 to 2012—as well as a Final Four appearance in 2003.
