Santiago René Muñoz Robles (born 14 August 2002) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Major League Soccer club Sporting Kansas City on loan from Liga MX club Santos Laguna. Born in the United States, he plays for the Mexico national under-23 team. Club career Santos Laguna Muñoz made his professional debut with Santos Laguna under manager Guillermo Almada on 25 October 2020 in a Liga MX match against Atlético San Luis, coming on as a substitute, winning 2–1. Loan to Newcastle United On 31 August 2021, Muñoz joined Premier League side Newcastle United on an 18-month loan deal, linking up with the club's academy sides with the English club having the option to make the deal permanent. Guillermo Jorge Almada Alves (born 18 June 1966) is a Uruguayan professional football manager and former player. He is the current head coach of Segunda División club Real Valladolid. Coaching career Following his retirement as a player, Almada began his coaching career in Uruguay, where he managed Tacuarembó and River Plate de Montevideo. In June 2015, Almada assumed the role of head coach at Barcelona SC in Ecuador. In December 2016, he successfully led the club to secure its 15th league title. CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship
The CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship was an association football competition organized by CONCACAF as its continental qualifying tournament for the men's olympic teams from North America, Central America and the Caribbean, to determine the qualified teams for the Olympic football tournament. The olympic teams were represented by amateur players (1964–1988) and later by under-23 players since 1992. The tournament was held from 1964 to 2020.
