Saniyah Zia
Saniyah Zia (born 11 April 1985) is a Pakistani-born Canadian cricketer. She played for Canada at the 2013 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier. In May 2019, she was named in Canada's squad for the 2019 ICC Women's Qualifier Americas tournament against the United States. She made her WT20I debut against the United States in the Americas Qualifier on 17 May 2019. Women's Twenty20 International
Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) is the shortest form of women's international cricket. A women's Twenty20 International is a 20 overs-per-side cricket match between two of the International Cricket Council (ICC) members. The first Twenty20 International match was held in August 2004 between England and New Zealand, six months before the first Twenty20 International match was played between two men's teams. The ICC Women's World Twenty20, the highest-level event in the format, was first held in 2009. In April 2018, the ICC granted full Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) status to all its members. Therefore, all Twenty20 matches played between two international sides after 1 July 2018 will be a full WT20I. In cricket, a batter is not out if they come out to bat in an innings and have not been dismissed by the end of an innings. The batter is also ''not out'' while their innings is still in progress. The Canada women's national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Canada in international women's cricket matches. The team made its international debut in 2006, although Cricket Canada has been an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1968. 2013 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier
The 2013 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier was an international cricket tournament held in Dublin, Ireland, from 23 July to 1 August 2013. The tournament was the inaugural edition of the Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier, with the top three teams advancing to the 2014 World Twenty20 in Bangladesh. Eight teams played in the tournament. The host, Ireland, was joined by the two lowest-placed teams from the 2012 World Twenty20, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, as well as five teams from regional qualifying tournaments. Pakistan and Sri Lanka both went on to be undefeated at the tournament, sharing the title after the final was interrupted by rain. The 2019 ICC Women's Qualifier Americas was a cricket tournament that was held in the United States in May 2019. The matches in the tournament were played as Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is), with the top team progressing to both the 2019 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier and the 2021 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournaments. The United States qualified for both tournaments, after taking an unassailable 2–0 lead, with wins in their first two matches. United States Women's National Cricket Team
The United States women's cricket team is the women's national cricket team that represents the United States. They have never been to the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup; at the 2011 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier, the team finished fourth in its group with only one win.
