Singing
Singing is the art of creating music with the voice. It is the oldest form of musical expression, and the human voice can be considered the first musical instrument. The definition of singing varies across sources. Some sources define singing as the act of creating musical sounds with the voice. Other common definitions include "the utterance of words or sounds in tuneful succession" or "the production of musical tones by means of the human voice". A person whose profession is singing is called a singer or a vocalist (in jazz or popular music). Julius Sang
Julius Sang (19 September 1948 – 9 April 2004) was a Kenyan athlete. Along with teammates Robert Ouko, Charles Asati and Munyoro Nyamau, he won the 4 × 400 relay race at the 1972 Summer Olympics for Kenya. He also took a bronze medal in the individual 400 meter race. Sang Minh Nguyen (, ; born 1 January 1960) is a Vietnamese-Australian politician. He was a Australian Labor Party (Victorian Branch), Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Council from May 1996 until November 2006, representing Melbourne West Province. Biography Nguyen was born in the Vietnamese town of Long Xuyên. He studied at Lasan Duc-Minh High School in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City) from 1970–1974, but fled Vietnam in 1977 as a refugee with the fall of the city to the Communists and the end of the Vietnam War, spending 10 months in Laem Sing refugee camp in Chanthaburi province, Chanthaburi, Thailand. Sang Phathanothai
Sang Phathanothai (; 1915 – June 1986) was a Thai politician, union leader, and journalist. He was one of the closest advisors to Field Marshal Phibunsongkhram. In his early 20s Sang began to write regularly on political and international subjects and became a daily commentator for the national radio station. He became famous thanks to his radio show ''Mr. Mun and Mr. Kong'' and soon was appointed the head of the radio and newspaper sections of the Thai Government Publicity Department. In 1938, shortly after becoming prime minister, Phibunsongkhram named Sang the official government spokesman and put him in charge of all government propaganda. It was in this capacity that when Thailand had to declare war against the Allies in World War II, Sang had the distinction of reading the formal declaration of war over the radio on January 25, 1942. Lucas Sang (12 February 1961 – 1 January 2008) was a Kenyan athlete who participated in the 1988 Summer Olympics, held in Seoul. He was a member of the Kenyan 4 x 400 metre relay team, reaching the final and finishing eighth. He also competed in the 400 metre individual race, but failed to make the semifinals.
