Sandnes Ulf is a Norwegian association football club from Sandnes, Rogaland, currently playing in the 2. divisjon, the third highest division in the Norwegian football league system. The club play their home matches at Øster Hus Arena. The club was founded on 1 June 1911 as SK Ulf, and today has over 80 registered teams, making it the largest football club in Rogaland. Sandnes Ulf play in light blue jerseys, white shorts and light blue socks. Sandnes Ulf is an open member association and the annual general meeting is the highest policy-making body. The meeting approves the accounts and elects the chairman and board. Stig Ravndal is the current chairman, elected in 2012. Øster Hus Arena is a Soccer-specific stadium, football stadium located in Sandnes, Rogaland, Norway. It is a part of Sandnes Idrettspark and is used for association football, football matches as the home ground of Sandnes Ulf. Øster Hus Arena was opened in the beginning of the 2020 season. Stavanger IF Fotball, the football division of Stavanger Idrettsforening, is a football club from Stavanger, Norway. In Rogaland, they are colloquially called ''Sif'' or ''Stavanger''. Follo Fotballklubb is a football club from Ski, Akershus, Norway. Follo play in light blue, and their home ground is Ski stadion. It was founded in September 2000 and their biggest achievement was playing in the 2010 Norwegian Football Cup final. History It was founded in September 2000 as an umbrella team for the football departments of five local teams; Ås IL, Oppegård IL, Langhus IL, Ski IL and Nordby IL. Follo's had a good Norwegian Cup run in 2006, when they made it all the way to the quarter-finals, eventually losing at home 0–1 to the cup finalists Sandefjord. But on the way to the quarters they beat defending holders Molde. Four years later, in 2010, they made it to the Norwegian Cup final, beating Tippeligaen club Lillestrøm 4–2 in the third round, and then later Rosenborg 3–2 in the semi-finals.
