Samad Marfavi
Abdolsamad Marfavi (; born May 18, 1964, in Khorramshahr), better known as Samad Marfavi (Persian: ), is an Iranian football coach and former player. Club career He played the majority of his playing career for IPL giants Esteghlal. International career Marfavi debuted for the Iranian national team against Kuwait on February 27, 1987. He scored 11 goals in 31 appearances for Iran. Managerial career He was Esteghlal's assistant coach from 2003 until 2006 when he was replaced with Amir Ghalenoei who was appointed as the Iran national football team coach in August 2006 just one month before the season starts. He had a good season result till 27th week of the season and Esteghlal was in first place but the last three weeks of the season was a distastor for him where he only earned one point out of 3 home matches and finished fourth. Kim Joo-sung (born 17 January 1964) is a former South Korean football player. Kim is regarded as one of the greatest Asian footballers of the 20th century. He was nominated for the IFFHS Asia's Player of the Century, finishing second place. Club career Kim joined Daewoo Royals in 1987. In his first professional season, he won the K League and was named the K League Young Player of the Year. In June 1992, Kim was loaned to Bundesliga club VfL Bochum. Nasser Hejazi (Persian: ناصر حجازی, ''nāser hejāzi''; 14 December 1949 – 23 May 2011), nicknamed "the legendary Iranian goalkeeper", was an Iranian football player and coach who most notably played for Esteghlal (Taj). Considered as the best goalkeeper in the history of Iranian football and Asia, he was capped 62 times for the Iran national football team. In 2000, the Asian Football Confederation ranked him the second best Asian goalkeeper of the 20th century. Ardeshir "Amir" Ghalenoei (; born 22 November 1963) is an Iranian association football, football coach and former player who currently manages Iran national football team. He has been the most successful coach in the Iran Pro League and managed several clubs, including Esteghlal Tehran FC, Esteghlal, Mes Kerman F.C., Mes Kerman, Sepahan S.C. and Tractor S.C., Tractor, with two of which he won a total of five championships and two Hazfi Cup titles.
