Saint-Cyprien () is a municipality (Quebec), municipality in Rivière-du-Loup Regional County Municipality in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec, Canada. History It was from 1862 that the first settlers began to develop this territory; Most of them came from parishes on the southern coast of the Saint Lawrence (Trois-Pistoles, Saint-Éloi, Quebec, Saint-Éloi, L'Isle-Verte, Quebec, L'Isle-Verte). The municipality was officially created in 1883 under the name of Hocquart by splitting away from the municipality of Saint-Éloi, Quebec, Saint-Éloi. Two years later, a large section of Hocquart was taken away to create the municipality of Saint-Clément, Quebec, Saint-Clément. The municipality lost its church in January 1954 in a fire which originated in the furnace system. Two years later, the new church built by corvée came into operation. Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac (, ) is a municipality in Quebec, Canada, situated in the MRC of Témiscouata in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region. The city was created on May 5, 2010, from the mergers of the city of Cabano and Notre-Dame-du-Lac. The new city was called Cabano–Notre-Dame-du-Lac until November 13, 2010. Lake Témiscouata () is a lake in the Témiscouata region of southeastern Quebec, Canada. It is 40 km long, with a total area of 66 km2. The Madawaska River flows from this lake to the Saint John River. The cities of Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac, Dégelis and Saint-Juste-du-Lac are located on this lake. L'Isle-Verte () is a small municipality located along the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River, in the Rivière-du-Loup Regional County Municipality of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, Quebec, Canada.
