Kila Saifullah District, Qilla Saifullah, or Saifullah Killa (Urdu and bal, , ps, قلعه سیف الله) is a district in northwestern Balochistan province, Pakistan. It was established as a district in 1988 comprising two former administrative units of Zhob District: the Upper Zhob sub-division and the sub-tehsil of Badinai, previously named ''Kashatoo'' and part of the subdistrict of Kakar Khurasan. Anwar Saifullah Khan
Anwar Saifullah Khan ( ur, ; born 7 June 1945) is a Pakistani politician and industrialist. As a member of the Pakistan Muslim League (Junejo), he served in Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's cabinet as Federal Minister of Environment and Urban Affairs from 1990 to 1993 and as Federal Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources from 1994 to 1996 in coalition with Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. He was also elected to the Senate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 1990, serving until 1997. In the 2008 general elections, Saifullah contested for two provincial seats from Lakki Marwat, and was elected to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly from both. Saifullah Abdullah Paracha is a citizen of Pakistan who was held, without any charge, in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba for over 18 years. He was released on October 29, 2022. Maulvi Saif-ur Mansur (also Saifullah Rahman Mansour, Saifullah Rehman Mansoor; died ) was a senior Taliban commander. Saifullah's father, Nasrullah Mansur, had been one of the leading militia commanders who fought against the Soviet Union during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan.
