Sabina Ćudić
Sabina Ćudić (born 1982) is a Bosnian politician serving as member of the national House of Representatives since 2022. She is a member of Our Party. Ćudić has also been a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe since 2023. Early life and education Ćudić was born in Sarajevo, SFR Yugoslavia, present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1982. She graduated in political science and international studies from Towson University in the United States, and holds a master's degree in human rights and democracy from the University of Bologna and the University of Sarajevo. Career Ćudić is a member and was formerly vice-president of the social-liberal Our Party. She was a candidate for the office of municipal mayor of Novo Sarajevo in the 2012 municipal elections, but failed to get elected. House Of Representatives Of Bosnia And Herzegovina
The House of Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina ( Bosnian: ''Predstavnički dom Bosne i Hercegovine'', Croatian: ''Zastupnički dom Bosne i Hercegovine'' and Serbian Cyrillic: Представнички дом Босне и Херцеговине) is one of the two chambers of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the other being the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The chamber consists of 42 members which are elected by party-list proportional representation. 28 members are elected from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 14 from Republika Srpska. Members serve for terms of four years. The current membership of the chamber was elected on 2 October 2022. Electoral system The house is elected by party-list proportional representation with open lists. General elections were held in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 7 October 2018 as part of the 2018 Bosnian general election, Bosnian general elections. Voters elected the 98 members of the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the assemblies of the cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) emerged as the largest party in the House of Representatives, winning 27 of the 98 seats.
