SK Převýšov
SK Převýšov is a Czech football club located in the village of Převýšov in the Hradec Králové Region. It currently (2024–25) plays in the III. třída of the Hradec Králové District, which is the lowest tier of Czech football. SK Převýšov played in the Bohemian Football League in 2012–2019, but in 2019 the club decided to sell its licence to FK Chlumec nad Cidlinou. Převýšov
Převýšov () is a municipality and village in Hradec Králové District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants. Etymology The initial name of the village was Přibýšov. The name was derived from the personal name Přibýš, meaning "Přibýš's (court)". In the 19th century, the name was distorted to Přebýšov and then to Převýšov. Geography Převýšov is located about southwest of Hradec Králové. It lies on the border between the East Elbe Table and Central Elbe Table. History The first written mention of Převýšov is from 1386, when there was a stronghold. The village was part of the Chlumec estate. The most notable owners were the Kinsky family and the Pernštejn family. FK Chlumec Nad Cidlinou
FK Chlumec nad Cidlinou is a Czech football club based in the town of Chlumec nad Cidlinou. From 2019, it plays in the Bohemian Football League. History The club was founded on 4 June 1906, but the first idea of founding a football club dates back to 1902. From 1983 to 1987, the club played steadily in the regional championship. In 2019, Chlumec nad Cidlinou bought the license to play in the 3rd division from SK Převýšov. In the same year, Chlumec nad Cidlinou made history by beating Czech First League side Příbram 2–1 with a late winner in the 91st minute in the Czech Cup. The Czech Fourth Division () is the fourth tier of football in the Czech Republic. The level consists of six divisions, named Divize A-F, each holding 16 teams.
