Nuclease S1 () is an endonuclease enzyme that splits single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and RNA into oligo- or mononucleotides. It was originally scheduled for release in the United States on August 18, 2006 with a MSRP of $999.95. S1 Core (codename Sirocco) is an open source hardware microprocessor design developed by Simply RISC. Based on Sun Microsystems' UltraSPARC T1, the S1 Core is licensed under the GNU General Public License, which is the license Sun chose for the OpenSPARC project. The main goal of the project is to keep the S1 Core as simple as possible to encourage developers. The S1 is a railway service of the Vienna S-Bahn that operates between and Wien Meidling. ÖBB operates the service. History The first plan for the Vienna S-Bahn was drafted in 1954, however due to World War II, the tracks around Vienna were badly damaged. The Federal railways invested heavily in this project as Vienna's railway infrastructure was basically reconstructed. A trunk line connecting the northern railway with the southern railway was built through the city center. On 31 May 1959, the northern railway bridge was reopened allowing rail traffic from Floridsdorf to enter the city to Praterstern. In the beginning of 1960, a second track was added to the trunk line in anticipation of the new traffic however, in the same year, a funding crisis temporarily halted construction and delayed opening by more than a year. The Fujifilm FinePix S1 Pro was an interchangeable lens digital single-lens reflex camera introduced in January 2000. It was based on a Nikon F60 (Nikon N60 in the U.S.) film camera body that was modified by Fujifilm to include its own proprietary image sensor and electronics. Because of the Nikon body, it had a Nikon F lens mount and so could use most lenses made for Nikon 35 mm cameras. It was autofocusing, had an electronically controlled focal plane shutter with speeds from 30 sec. to 1/2000 sec. and built-in exposure metering and pop-up flash. Its ISO film speed equivalents ranged from 320-1600. The camera is no longer in production, having been superseded by the Fujifilm FinePix S2 Pro in January 2002.
