Recreate Greece ( el, Δημιουργία, Ξανά, translit=Dimiourgia, Xana, , ) is a Greek right-wing political party, which has adopted an ideology heavily focused on anti-immigration, anti-Islam and anti-communism. History Founded in December 2011, it is led by Thanos Tzimeros and is self-identified as a citizen-centered political movement, with emphasis on the rebuilding of the Greek state. The party participated in the May 2012 Greek legislative election shortly after being founded, receiving 2.15% of the total vote, short of the 3% threshold needed to enter Parliament. In the repeat elections in June, it formed an electoral alliance with Drasi, a fellow liberal party that had finished directly below them in the May election with 1.8% of the vote. National Creation ( el, Εθνική Δημιουργία) was a Greek political alliance, founded in 2022 and formed between Recreate Greece and New Right. History Founded in May 2022, it is led by Thanos Tzimeros and is self-identified as a citizen-centered political movement, with emphasis on the rebuilding of the Greek state. The party initially started as Dimiourgia (Creation) when Thanos Tzimeros and Failos Kranidiotis joined forces to create the party in early 2021. Then, after Constantinos Bogdanos was ousted from the New Democracy party, his political movement National Agreement merged with Dimiourgia. A few months later Bogdanos was expelled from National Creation by Tzimeros and Kranidiotis and founded the Patriotic Force for Change party. Failos (Garoufail) Kranidiotis ( el, Φαήλος Κρανιδιώτης) (born 16 October 1965) is a Greek far-right politician, lawyer and columnist, chairman of the political party New Right (Nea Dexia). In March 2016, Kranidiotis, a close associate of former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras, was ousted from conservative New Democracy by leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis over controversial online comments he posted in response to a diplomatic faux pas by Migration Minister Ioannis Mouzalas. 2019 Greek Legislative Election
Legislative elections were held in Greece on 7 July 2019. The elections were called by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on 26 May 2019 after the ruling Syriza party lost the European and local elections. They were the first national elections since the voting age was lowered to 17, and the number of parliamentary constituencies was increased from 56 to 59. Athens B, the largest constituency before the 2018 reforms, with 44 seats, was broken up into smaller constituencies, the largest of which had 18 seats. September 2015 Greek Legislative Election
Legislative elections were held in Greece on Sunday, 20 September 2015, following Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras' announced resignation on 20 August. At stake were all 300 seats in the Hellenic Parliament. This was a snap election, the sixth since 2007, since new elections were not due until February 2019. The elections resulted in an unexpectedly-large victory for Alexis Tsipras' Coalition of the Radical Left (SYRIZA), which fell just six seats short of an absolute majority and was able to reform its coalition government with the right-wing Independent Greeks (ANEL). New Democracy
New Democracy, or the New Democratic Revolution, is a concept based on Mao Zedong's Bloc of Four Social Classes theory in post-revolutionary China which argued originally that democracy in China would take a path that was decisively distinct from that in any other country. He also said every colonial or semi-colonial country would have its own unique path to democracy, given that particular country's own social and material conditions. Mao labeled representative democracy in the Western nations as Old Democracy, characterizing parliamentarianism as just an instrument to promote the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie/ land-owning class through manufacturing consent. New Democracy (ND; el, Νέα Δημοκρατία, Néa Dimokratía, ) is a liberal-conservative political party in Greece.
