Rúben Alexandre Rocha Lima (born 3 October 1989) is a Portuguese professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Defender (association football)#Full-back, left-back for Primeira Liga club C.F. Estrela da Amadora, Estrela da Amadora. Club career Portugal A product of hometown S.L. Benfica's youth system, Lisbon-born Lima was promoted to the first team for the 2007–08 Primeira Liga, 2007–08 season. Romeu Oliveira Ribeiro (born 13 January 1989) is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Club career Born in Vieira do Minho, Braga District, Ribeiro began his youth career with local S.C. Braga, being acquired by S.L. Benfica in 2004. Like Miguel Vítor, he first played with the main squad due to injuries to teammates, making his debut in the Primeira Liga and European competition in exactly the same matches that Vítor, in August 2007. However, in January 2008, both players were loaned to second division side C.D. Aves. In August, the loan period was extended until June of the following year. In July 2009, Ribeiro would be once again loaned, joining C.D. Trofense as it had just been relegated back to the second tier. Krasimir Balakov
Krasimir Genchev Balakov (, ; born 29 March 1966) is a former Bulgarian footballer and manager. A former attacking midfielder, he was a key member of the Bulgaria national team that finished fourth in the 1994 FIFA World Cup. He is considered as second only to Hristo Stoichkov among Bulgarian men's footballers of his generation. The 2009–10 Liga de Honra season (also known as Liga Vitalis due to sponsorship reasons) is the 20th season of the second-tier football in Portugal. It began on 13 August 2009 and will end on 9 May 2010. Olhanense are the defending champions. Teams Trofense were relegated to the Liga de Honra after finishing 16th and last in the Portuguese Liga 2008–09 season. Trofense were to be accompanied by Belenenses, who finished in 15th place. Sado River
The Sado () is a river in southern Portugal; it is one of the major rivers in the country.
