Run, Psycho, Run
''Run, Psycho, Run'' (/ translation: ''Later, Claire....Later'') is a 1968 film directed by Brunello Rondi. The film stars Gary Merrill, Elga Andersen and Georges Rivière. Although filmed in the mid 1960s, ''Run, Psycho, Run'' was not released until 1968 in Italy. It was subsequently released direct to television in the United States. Plot The film is set in Tuscany in 1912 where retired Judge George Dennison, his wife Claire, and their son Robert arrive at a Villa in Mount Argentario for the summer. Shortly after a party, Claire and Robert are both murdered. A year later, Judge Dennison once again returns to the villa with his new fiancée Ann and her son. Ann resembles Claire which he believe will assist him in his scheme to discover the murderer's identity. Brunello Rondi
Brunello Rondi (26 November 1924 – 7 November 1989) was an Italian screenwriter and film director, best known for his frequent script collaborations with Federico Fellini. His brother, Gian Luigi Rondi, was an Italian film critic. Biography Noted chiefly as a script-writer and script consultant, Rondi began his film career with the script for 1947's ''Last Love (1947 film), Last Love'' for which he was also assistant director. He worked as assistant director as well as an uncredited writer on ''The Flowers of St. Francis'' (1950) by Roberto Rossellini and was a credited writer on Rossellini's ''Europe '51, Europa '51'' (1952). He started to work with Federico Fellini as artistic director on ''La Strada'' (1954) and ''Nights of Cabiria'' (1957). John Karlsen
John Karlsen (20 October 1919 – 5 July 2017), sometimes credited as Charles John Karlsen or John Karlson, was a New Zealand actor who was active in cinema between 1958 and 2003. He is best known for '' Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure'' (1989), '' The Black Stallion'' (1979) and '' The Sin Eater'' (2003). In Europe he appeared in mostly Italian films. Carolyn De Fonseca
Carolyn De Fonseca (25 May 1929 – May 2009) was an American actress based in Rome. She worked extensively as a voice actress for the English-language dubbing of several hundred foreign (mostly Italian) films from the early 1960s and onwards. She was also the wife of actor/voice dubber Ted Rusoff, with whom she frequently worked. She died in 2009. Career De Fonseca first came to Rome in the early 1960s and tried to make a career for herself as an actress. She played a small role in the acclaimed '' A Difficult Life'' (1961), directed by Dino Risi, and had a supporting role as Chloe, the love potion maker, in the sword and sandal film ''Damon and Pythias'' (1962).
