Paul Ruggeri III (born November 12, 1988) is a senior elite American gymnast who competed for the University of Illinois and is currently training at the USOTC in Colorado Springs, CO. Childhood Ruggeri is the grandson of an Italian immigrant. His father was a swimmer and his aunt a gymnast. He attended Fayetteville Manlius High School in his home town of Manlius, New York. He began gymnastics in 1995 at CNY Gym Centre. College career Ruggeri competed for the University of Illinois from 2008 to 2012. In 2008, Ruggeri was the NCAA national champion on high bar. In 2009, he repeated high bar gold and added gold on parallel bars. In February 2012, Ruggeri competed at the Winter Cup, where he won bronze on floor. Oscar Alfredo Ruggeri (born 26 January 1962) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as centre-back. Nicknamed ''El Cabezón'' ("The Big-Headed One"), Ruggeri achieved success at the international level with the Argentina national team, being part of the teams that won the 1986 FIFA World Cup, two editions of the Copa América and the 1992 King Fahd Cup. At the club level, Ruggeri's most successful stint was with Argentine club River Plate, where he won the 1986 Copa Libertadores (also the club's first win in this tournament) the 1986 Copa Interamericana and the 1986 Intercontinental Cup. Enrico Ruggeri (born 5 June 1957) is an Italian singer-songwriter. Biography A native of Milan, Ruggeri made his debut in the 1970s with the punk band Decibel. In 1981 he began his solo career and established himself as a songwriter: his most famous success in this latter role is "Il mare d'inverno" ("The Sea in Winter"), brought to chart by Loredana Bertè. He won the Sanremo Music Festival twice: in 1987 with "Si può dare di più" ("You can give more") together with Gianni Morandi and Umberto Tozzi and in 1993 with "Mistero" ("Mystery"). Biography Born in Cinisello Balsamo, which is located in the city centre of Milan, Ruggeri began his career on stage with Dario Fo and Franca Rame in the early 1960s and worked as a voice actor since the late 1950s. He was best known for dubbing characters mainly in anime and animation, being primarily known for being the Italian voice of Rabbit in the ''Winnie the Pooh'' franchise and the second voice of Herbert from ''Family Guy'', replacing Mario Milita who retired in 2012. Teresa Ruggeri (sometimes spelled ''Ruggieri'') was an Italian operatic soprano who had an active career from the 1820s through the 1840s. In 1827 she portrayed the role of Zarele in the world premiere of Giovanni Pacini's ''Gli arabi nelle Gallie'' at La Scala in Milan.
