The Rosedale Historic District in Homewood, Alabama is a historic district (United States), historic district which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. The listing included 143 contributing buildings on . Another part of the Rosedale Neighborhood is included in the NRHP as Rosedale Park Historic District (Homewood, Alabama). It is a hilly residential neighborhood, located somewhat inaccessibly over Red Mountain (Birmingham), Red Mountain ridge, from Birmingham, Alabama. Developers could not develop the property for white families, but the lack of transportation options did not dissuade black families, with less choices, from choosing to live there. It grew as a working and middle class African American neighborhood. It was surrounded by white suburbs and not allowed to expand. Rosedale Park is a historic district located in Detroit, Michigan. It is roughly bounded by Lyndon, Outer Drive, Grand River Avenue, Southfield Freeway, Glastonbury Avenue, Lyndon Street and Westwood Drive. Rosedale Historic District is a national historic district located at Covington, Alleghany County, Virginia. The district encompasses 76 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 2 contributing structures in a predominantly residential section of Alleghany County. The buildings represent a variety of popular architectural styles including the Queen Anne, Greek Revival, and Classical Revival styles. The most notable residence is Rose Dale, constructed in the late-1850s as a plantation house. The Rosedale neighborhood was in established in 1899–1900.
