Tulio Botero Salazar, C.M. (Manizales, 1 March 1904 — Medellín, 1 March 1981), was a Colombian ecclesiastic of the Catholic Church, belonging to the Congregation of the Mission. He was auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Cartagena, first bishop of the Diocese of Zipaquirá and archbishop of the Archdiocese of Medellín. Fabio Betancur Tirado (October 30, 1938 – November 20, 2011) was a Colombian ecclesiastic of the Catholic Church. He served as auxiliary bishop of Medellín, later became the first bishop of the diocese of La Dorada-Guaduas and later was archbishop of the archdiocese of Manizales, of which, once retired, he served as archbishop emeritus. Rodrigo Arango Velásquez (March 4, 1925 – December 27, 2008) was the second Catholic Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Buga, Diocese of Buga, Colombia. He served as an auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Medellín from November 23, 1970, until November 10, 1975, and a bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Garzón from November 10, 1975, until April 26, 1977. Mosé Higuera (20 December 1842 – 25 September 1915) was a Colombian prelate of the Catholic Church. He served as an auxiliary bishop of two dioceses, first for the Archdiocese of Bogotá from 1876 to 1884, and next for the Archdiocese of Medellín from 1884 until his death.
