Roland Gúr
Roland Gúr (born 11 August 1983) is a Hungarian politician and lawyer, specialised on international and EU law. Currently, he serves as President of the Control Commission of the biggest political youth organisation of the world (IUSY). Policy Advisor on Internal market and Consumer protection to MEP Marc Angel, Head of the Luxembourgish S&D Delegation in the European Parliament and also the President of the Hungarian Socialist Party's Consumer Protection Section. He was a candidate on the third rank of his party's list during the 2014 European Parliament election. Education Gúr attended the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc, where he studied law and state sciences. He earned a degree of summa cum laude in 2007. IUSY
The International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY) is an international organization, founded in 1907, whose activities include publications, support of member organizations and the organization of meetings. It was formed as the youth wing of the Second International under the name Socialist Youth International at the International Socialist Congress, Stuttgart 1907. IUSY now has 145 member organisations - including 122 full members and 23 observer members - from 106 countries. IUSY gained status as an international youth NGO with UN ECOSOC consultative status in 1993. The National Assembly ( hu, Országgyűlés, lit=Country Assembly) is the parliament of Hungary. The unicameral body consists of 199 (386 between 1990 and 2014) members elected to 4-year terms. Nándor Gúr (born 25 December 1957) is a Hungarian mechanical engineer and politician, member of the National Assembly from the Hungarian Socialist Party from 2002 to 2018. Work experience Nándor Gúr finished Bláthy Ottó Secondary Technical School of Heavy Current in Miskolc in 1976. He graduated as a factory-technician production engineer from the Chemical Industry and Automation College Faculty of the University of Miskolc in 1980. In education of some countries, absolutorium (from la, absolutorium, acquittal, release, absolutory) is a certificate (document or record) confirming the completion of all classes required for a certain program of study. It does not necessarily indicate the completion of the particular study; the latter may involve a final exam or thesis defense. The exact definitions vary for different countries.
