Robert Singer (producer)
Robert Singer (born January 3, 1944) is an American television producer, television director, director and writer. He is known for his work on ''Supernatural (American TV series), Supernatural'' where he served as an executive producer, director and occasional writer. The character Bobby Singer was named after him. A fictionalized version of Singer appears in the Supernatural season 6, season 6 episode The French Mistake played by Brian Doyle-Murray. Singer also created the series ''Reasonable Doubts'' and has worked as a producer and director on various television series, including ''Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman''. He also served as a producer for the films ''Cujo (film), Cujo'' and ''Burnt Offerings (film), Burnt Offerings''. Synopsis ''Reasonable Doubts'' is primarily about the working relationship between Assistant District Attorney Tess Kaufman (Marlee Matlin), a prosecutor very sensitive to the rights of the accused, and hard-charging, gruff Detective Dicky Cobb (Mark Harmon), an old-fashioned cop with a "bust-the-perps" attitude. The French Mistake
"The French Mistake" is the fifteenth episode of the sixth season of paranormal drama television series ''Supernatural''. It was first broadcast on The CW on February 25, 2011.
