Richer Pérez
Richer Pérez Cobas (born 20 February 1986) is a Cuban long-distance runner who specialises in the marathon. He was the gold medallist at the 2015 Pan American Games and the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games. Pérez first established himself nationally at the 2007 Barrientos Memorial meet in Havana, winning the 10,000 metres. At the 2011 meet he set new personal bests when he won the 10,000 m in a time of 29:56.32 minutes and was runner-up in the 5000 metres, behind Mexico's Sergio Pedraza. Track And Field
Track and field (or athletics in British English) is a sport that includes Competition#Sports, athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing skills. The name used in North America is derived from where the sport takes place, a running track and a grass field for the throwing and some of the jumping events. Track and field is categorized under the umbrella sport of athletics, which also includes road running, cross country running and racewalking.
