Richard Andvord Evans, 2nd Baron Mountevans (28 August 1918 – 12 December 1974) was a British peer and business man, a member of the House of Lords from 1957 until his death. A crossbencher is a minor party or independent member of some legislatures, such as the Parliament of Australia. In the British House of Lords the term refers to members of the parliamentary group of non-political peers.
