Reşat Mursaloğlu (1915 – 21 December 1987) was a Turkish politician. He studied at Ankara University, Law School, dropped out, however, in his senior year. He worked as a farmer and merchant. He served as district mayor of İskenderun Municipality, and was a deputy of Hatay Province from the Republican People's Party The Republican People's Party (RPP; , CHP ) is a Kemalism, Kemalist and Social democracy, social democratic political party in Turkey. The Ankara University, Law School ( formerly known ''Ankara Adliye Hukuk Mektebi'' or ''AUHF'') is the faculty of law at Ankara University in Turkey. History Ankara University, Law School was established as part of Turkey's legal reforms, spearheaded by Mahmut Esat Bozkurt. The school was inaugurated by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic, on November 5, 1925. It was the first university-level higher education institution of the newly founded Republic, and its first cohort of students graduated in 1928. İskenderun (), historically known as Alexandretta (, ) and Scanderoon, is a municipality and Districts of Turkey, district of Hatay Province, Turkey. Its area is 247 km2, and its population is 251,682 (2022). It is on the Mediterranean coast. Hatay Province
Hatay Province (, ) is the southernmost province and metropolitan municipality of Turkey. Its area is , and its population is 1,686,043 (2022). It is situated mostly outside Anatolia, along the eastern coast of the Levantine Sea.
