Renaldas Seibutis
Renaldas Seibutis (born July 23, 1985) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player. He represented the senior Lithuanian national team internationally. Professional career Europe In the 2010–11 season, Seibutis played for Olin Edirne Basketbol of the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL), where he was one of the team's leaders, averaging 18.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.6 steals per game. On 12 June 2011, Seibutis signed a three-year (2+1) contract with the Lithuanian team Lietuvos rytas. In July 2014, he signed a contract with Turkish team Darüşşafaka Doğuş. On 4 September 2015, Seibutis signed a one-year contract (with an option for another) with the Lithuanian club Žalgiris Kaunas. On 21 July 2017, Seibutis signed with Neptūnas Klaipėda for the 2017–18 season. On 17 July 2018, Seibutis signed a two-year deal with Zaragoza of the Liga ACB. Lithuania Men's National Basketball Team
The Lithuania men's national basketball team () represents Lithuania in international basketball competitions. They are controlled by the Lithuanian Basketball Federation, the governing body for basketball in Lithuania. Despite Lithuania's small size, with a population of less than 3 million, the country's devotion to basketball has made them a traditional force of the sport in Europe. The Lithuanian national team won the last EuroBasket tournaments prior to World War II, in EuroBasket 1937, 1937 and EuroBasket 1939, 1939. Basket Zaragoza 2002 S.A.D., more commonly referred to as Basket Zaragoza and as Casademont Zaragoza for sponsorship reasons, is a professional basketball club based in Zaragoza, Spain. 2017 Karaliaus Mindaugo Taurė
The 2017 Karaliaus Mindaugo taurė, also known as KIDY Tour – Karaliaus Mindaugo taurė for sponsorship purposes, was the second edition of the Lithuanian King Mindaugas Cup. On 18 February 2016 it was announced that Kaunas would host the tournament. Lietuvos rytas were the defending champion, but were eliminated in the quarter-finals by Juventus. Žalgiris won their first title, beating Lietkabelis 84–63 in the final. Juventus won bronze medals, defeating Vytautas. Žalgiris forward Edgaras Ulanovas was awarded as MVP of the tournament. Format changes Tournament format was slightly changed before 2017. Quarterfinals were separated from final matches and played in home team arenas. Karaliaus Mindaugo taurė (English: King Mindaugas Cup) is an annual national domestic basketball cup competition between Lithuanian professional teams. It is organised by the Lithuanian Basketball League (Lietuvos krepšinio lyga – LKL). The tournament is named in honor of Mindaugas, the first and only King of Lithuania. The Final four event includes an annual LKL Three-point Shootout contest, LKL Future Cup was introduced in 2018 with Žalgiris and Rytas youth teams competing for the cup. 2016-17 LKL Season
16-17 is a band from Basel, Switzerland. Their music combines punk rock, hardcore punk, jazz and industrial music. Biography 16-17 was founded in 1983 by Alex Buess, Knut Remond and Markus Kneubühler. When the group played its first concerts in 1983 it was received with controversial reactions: there were hardly any groups that played in an approximately similar style. Only some years later around 1986 groups like Painkiller, Last Exit or The Flying Luttenbachers appeared . They played a similar mix of rough noise, heavily amplified instruments and free jazz inspired improvisation. 1983 to 1994 the group did a lot of tours and played many gigs all over Europe, Japan and USA. The Lietuvos krepšinio lyga (LKL) Finals is the championship finals series for the top-tier level professional club basketball league in Lithuania, the LKL, and the conclusion of the league's postseason. The Finals have been played in either a best-of-seven, or a best-of five format. The first LKL Finals series was held in 1994, and was contested by Žalgiris and Atletas, with Žalgiris winning the series 3–1.
