Reg Tilsley
Reginald Longueville Tilsley (16 August 192615 October 1987) was a British composer, arranger, and conductor born at Croydon. He was a prolific composer of library music, whose work has been featured in various films and television programmes. Life Tilsley the son of composer Harry Tilsley, co-writer of "Lady of Spain". He was a chorister at Westminster Abbey before attending the London College of Music. He later studied conducting in Stuttgart under Polish composer Jerzy Gert. After serving in the Second World War, he joined the Leslie Douglas Orchestra as pianist-arranger before forming his own orchestral group. In later years he moved to Westport, County Mayo, Ireland where he lived with his wife Maisie. He was also a regular conductor with the RTE Concert Orchestra. Croydon is a large town in south London, England, south of Charing Cross. Part of the London Borough of Croydon, a local government district of Greater London. It is one of the largest commercial districts in Greater London, with an extensive shopping district and night-time economy. Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich were an English rock band active during the 1960s. Formed in Salisbury in 1964, the band consisted of David John Harman (Dave Dee), Trevor Leonard Ward-Davies (Dozy), John Dymond (Beaky), Michael Wilson (Mick) and Ian Frederick Stephen Amey (Tich). Their novel name, zany stage act and lurid dress sense helped propel them to chart success with a string of hit singles penned by songwriters Ken Howard and Alan Blaikley including " Hold Tight!", "Bend It!" and " Zabadak!". Over the course of the band's career, they played several different genres, including freakbeat, mod and pop. KRS-One
Lawrence "Kris" Parker (born August 20, 1965), better known by his stage names KRS-One (; an abbreviation of "Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Everyone") and Teacha, is an American rapper from New York City. He rose to prominence as part of the hip hop group Boogie Down Productions, which he formed with DJ Scott La Rock in the mid-1980s. KRS-One is known for his songs, " Sound of da Police", "Love's Gonna Get'cha (Material Love)", and "My Philosophy". Boogie Down Productions received numerous awards and critical acclaim in their early years.
