	Măeriște Măeriște (; ) is a commune located in Sălaj County, Crișana, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Criștelec (''Kerestelek''), Doh (''Doh''), Giurtelecu Șimleului (''Somlyógyőrtelek''), Măeriște, Mălădia (''Maladé''), and Uileacu Șimleului (''Somlyóújlak''). Geography The commune, with an area of , is in the north-west part of the county, in the hydrographic basin of the river Crasna.
