Daryll Reddington
This is a list of cricketers who have played First-class cricket, first-class, List A cricket, List A or Twenty20 cricket for the Otago cricket team. Otago played its first representative match in January 1864 against Southland cricket team, Southland, before playing the first match in New Zealand which is considered to be first-class later in the same month, a fixture against Canterbury cricket team, Canterbury. The team has competed for the Plunket Shield since the competition's inaugural season in 1906–07, played its first List A cricket match in 1971 and its first Twenty20 cricket match in 2006. Ian Reddington
Ian Reddington (born 25 September 1957) is an English actor with many stage and television credits since the early 1980s. He became widely known for television roles such as the Chief Clown in the ''Doctor Who'' serial '' The Greatest Show in the Galaxy'', Richard Cole in ''EastEnders'' and Vernon Tomlin in ''Coronation Street''. Early life Ian Reddington was born in Walkley in Sheffield. He was educated at Frecheville Comprehensive. Reddington then went on to study acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, graduating with Acting (RADA Diploma) in 1978. Helen Reddington
Helen McCookerybook (born Helen McCallum, a.k.a. Dr Helen Reddington) is a British musician and singer-songwriter, who was the bass player and co-singer with the Chefs (an acclaimed Brighton based punk band), during the late 1970s and early 1980s. She went on to form Helen and the Horns in the mid 80s. Both bands were admired by John Peel, recording six BBC Radio 1 sessions between them. After a long break from her music career, Helen McCookerybook started again as a solo artist in 2005. Tony Reddin
Martin Charles Reddington (22 November 1919 – 1 March 2015), better known as Tony Reddin, was an Irish hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Galway and Tipperary senior teams. Born in Mullagh, County Galway, Reddin first played competitive hurling at juvenile levels with his club. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Galway minor team before later joining the junior team. He made his senior debut during the 1941 championship. Reddin later joined the Tipperary team during the 1947–48 league and went on to play a key part for almost a decade. During that time he won three All-Ireland medals, three Munster medals and five National Hurling League medals. As a member of the Connacht and Munster inter-provincial teams on a number of occasions, Reddin won five Railway Cup medals. At club level, he played with Mullagh in Galway and Lorrha in Tipperary. Stuart Reddington
Stuart Reddington (born 21 February 1978) is an English football coach and former professional footballer who is the chairman of Lincoln United. He played as a defender and was notably contracted to Premier League side Chelsea, but failed to make a first team experience but spent time on loan with Kalmar FF and Mansfield Town. He then joined Mansfield permanently where he played in the Football League before moving into Non-League football with Burton Albion, Gainsborough Trinity, Grantham Town, Ruston Sports FC and Sleaford Town. He finished his career where he started, with Lincoln United, where he had four separate spells during his career. William Redington Hewlett ( ; May 20, 1913 – January 12, 2001) was an American engineer and the co-founder, with David Packard, of the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). Early life and education Hewlett was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where his father taught at the University of Michigan Medical School. In 1916 the family moved to San Francisco after his father, Albion Walter Hewlett, took a similar position at Stanford Medical School, located at the time in San Francisco. He attended Lowell High School and was the 1929-1930 Battalion Commander of the school's Army JROTC program. He was accepted at Stanford University as a favor to his late father who died of a brain tumor in 1925. Hewlett received his bachelor's degree from Stanford in 1934, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from MIT in 1936, and a post-masters engineering degree in electrical engineering from Stanford in 1939.
