Ravi Bishnoi
Ravi Bishnoi (born 5 September 2000) is an Indian international cricketer. He plays for the Indian national team in white ball cricket. He is a Right-arm leg-break bowler. He made his International debut in February 2022. He plays for Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League and Gujarat in domestic cricket. He first came in limelight when he played for India in the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, finishing as the tournament's highest wicket-taker with 17 dismissals. Early life Bishnoi was born and raised in Bishnoi Family in the Birami village of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Due to the lack of cricket culture and facilities in West Rajasthan, he, along with his friends and with the help of two coaches, Pradyot Singh Rathore and Shahrukh Pathan, built a cricket academy named Spartans Cricket Academy where they themselves did all the mason work owing to financial difficulties so that he could train. Cricket At The 2022 Asian Games
Cricket was one of the 37 sports that was played at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. Both men's and women's Twenty20 International tournaments were played from 19 September to 7 October 2023. Prior to this edition, cricket was last played at the Asian Games in 2014. The Asian Games were originally planned to take place in September 2022, but were later postponed by one year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fourteen men's teams and nine women's teams took part. The India A cricket team is a national cricket team representing second-tier cricket of India national cricket team. The matches played by India A receive first-class and List A classification. The 2019–20 Vijay Hazare Trophy was the 27th edition of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, an annual List A cricket tournament in India. 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy
The 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy was the eleventh edition of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, an annual Twenty20 tournament in India. Played from 24 March to 7 April 2015, it was contested by 37 Ranji Trophy teams, including the nine expansion teams who were introduced that season. Delhi were the defending champions. Twenty20
Twenty20 (abbreviated T20) is a shortened format of cricket. At the professional level, it was introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003 for the county cricket, inter-county competition. In a Twenty20 game, the two teams have a single innings each, which is restricted to a maximum of twenty over (cricket), overs. Bishnoi
The Bishnoi, also spelled as Vishnoi, is a Hindu Vaishnava community or panth found in the Western Thar Desert and northern states of India. Bishnoi community is turned into a Hindu caste with time. Leg Spin
Leg spin is a type of spin bowling in cricket. A bowler who uses this technique is called a leg spinner. Leg spinners bowl with their right-arm and a wrist spin action. The leg spinner's normal delivery is called a leg break, which spins from right to left (from the bowler's perspective) when the ball bounces on the pitch. For a right-handed batter, the ball breaks towards them from the leg side, hence the name 'leg break'. Limited overs cricket, also known as white ball cricket, is a version of the sport of cricket in which a match is generally completed within one day. There are a number of formats, including List A cricket (8-hour games), Twenty20 cricket (3-hour games), and 100-ball cricket (2.5 hours).
