Raimondas Rumšas
Raimondas Rumšas (born 14 January 1972) is a Lithuanian former professional road bicycle racer. He came third in the 2002 Tour de France but was implicated in a doping scandal. Doping On the day of Rumšas' third-place finish in the 2002 Tour de France, police discovered corticoids, erythropoietin, testosterone, growth hormones and anabolic steroids in the car of his wife, Edita Rumšienė. She was jailed for several months before being released, despite her claim that the drugs were for her mother-in-law. In May 2003 Rumšas tested positive for the banned endurance enhancer erythropoietin (EPO). He had just finished the 2003 Giro d'Italia, where he ranked sixth. Rumšas received a one-year ban. He briefly returned to cycling in 2004 with Acqua & Sapone team for the Gran Premio Città di Camaiore. In June 2005, Rumšas was arrested before his trial by the Bonneville court. Raimondas Vilčinskas
Raimondas Vilčinskas (born 5 July 1977 in Panevėžys) is a retired Lithuanian professional road and track cyclist. He represented his nation Lithuania as part of the men's cycling squad in two editions of the Olympic Games (1996 and 2004), and later competed as a member of and a pro cycling rider for Palmans-Ideal, , and , before his official retirement in late 2005. Vilcinskas made his official debut as an amateur rider at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, where he competed along with his fellow cyclists Linas Balčiūnas, Raimondas Rumšas, Remigijus Lupeikis, and Ivanas Romanovas in the men's road race, but did not finish the course. Raimondas Šukys (born 27 October 1966 in Šiauliai) is a Lithuanian lawyer and politician. He served as Interior Minister from 2006 to 2007, and Minister of Health from 2010 to 2012. Early life Šukys attended military service in the Red Army from 1985 to 1987. In 1992, Šukys graduated from the Law Faculty of Vilnius University, and in 1996 he completed his doctoral studies there. Raimondas Žutautas (born 4 September 1972) is a former Lithuanian footballer and current head coach. Zutautas played as a defensive midfielder. In 1999 Zutautas signed with Israeli club Maccabi Haifa F.C. and played there between the years 1999–2003. He won two championships with Maccabi Haifa and qualified to the UEFA Champions League group stage. Zutautas is considered one of the best defensive midfielders to ever play in the Israeli Premier League. Zutautas is the only Lithuanian player to score two goals in the UEFA Champions League. In 2002, while playing for Maccabi Haifa, he scored against Manchester United. His second goal was scored a year later against Rangers while playing for Panathinaikos.
