Quinn Do (born October 9, 1975 in Vietnam) is an American professional poker player, a restaurant owner, and a World Series of Poker bracelet winner with multiple live tournament results adding up to over $2.5 million in career earnings. Early life and career Do was born in Vietnam and raised in Seattle, Washington after his family moved to the United States when he was 11 years old, Quinn majored in criminology at the University of Washington but he decided to quit college and went on to own two Vietnamese restaurant one located in Seattle and the other in the Metropolitan area of Los Angeles. World Series of Poker Do has 15 money finishes at the World Series of Poker (WSOP), including three final tables. 2005 World Series Of Poker
The 2005 World Series of Poker opened play on June 2nd, continuing through the Main Event No Limit World Championship starting on July 7th. The conclusion of the Main Event on July 15th marked the close of play, and the largest prize in sports and/or television history at the time ($7,500,000) was awarded to the winner. ESPN's broadcast began July 19th with coverage of WSOP Circuit Tournaments, and coverage of the Main Event began October 11th and ended November 15th. All events were held at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino with the exception of the final 2 days of the Main Event which were held at Binion's Horseshoe. Amnon Eric Filippi (born June 29, 1969) is a professional poker player based in New York City. Filippi's significant achievement to date was his first-place finish in the 2005 $10,000 No Limit Texas hold 'em Bellagio Challenge Cup poker tournament held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada, from July 18, 2005, through July 21, 2005.
