Pauwadungma
Pauwadungma ( ne, पौवादुङमा) is a rural municipality (गाउँपालिका) out of seven rural municipalities of Bhojpur District of Province No. 1 of Nepal. There are a total of 9 municipalities in Bhojpur in which 2 are urban and 7 are rural. According to MoFALD Pauwadungma has an area of and the total population of the municipality is 15, 394 as of Census of Nepal 2011. To form this new Rural Municipality Sanodumma, Thulodumma, Bastim, Changre, Tiwari Bhanjyang and Shyamsila were merged, which previously were Village development committee (local level administrative villages). Bhojpur District, Nepal
Bhojpur District ( ne, भोजपुर जिल्ला ) is one of 14 districts of Province No. 1 of eastern Nepal. The district's area is 1,507 km2 with a population of 182,459 (2011). The administrative center is Bhojpur. It is surrounded by Dhankuta and Sankhuwasabha in the east, Khotang in the west, again Sankhuwasabha in north-east and Solukhumbu in the north-west and Udayapur in the South. Etymology According to the District Coordination Committee Bhojpur, this place was named after ''Betula utilis'' - the Himalayan birch, which was found here in large quantities. The Nepali name for ''Betula utilis'' is "Bhojpatra" (भोजपत्र). "Bhojpur" is a combination of two words "Bhoj" and "Pur", Bhoj refers to Bhojpatra (''Betula utilis'') and Pur refers to a place or city. Constitution of Nepal 2015 ( ne, नेपालको संविधान २०७२) is the present governing Constitution of Nepal. Nepal is governed according to the Constitution which came into effect on 20 September 2015, replacing the Interim Constitution of 2007. The constitution of Nepal is divided into 35 parts, 308 Articles and 9 Schedules. A village development committee ( ne, गाउँ विकास समिति; ''gāum̐ vikās samiti'') in Nepal was the lower administrative part of its Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development.
