Pallacanestro Partenope
Partenope Napoli Basket is an Italian amateur basketball team from Naples, Campania. History Partenope Napoli Basket first took part in the top-tier level Italian first division, the LBA, from 1963 to 1965. After stabilizing itself in the top level Italian league in 1967, it stayed there until 1975, with a second-place finish in the 1968–69 season. The club won the 1968 Italian Cup and the European-wide secondary level 1969–70 season's FIBA European Cup Winners' Cup. The club played in the Italian second division, the Serie A2, between 1975 and 1978, and again for a solitary season in the 1997–98 season. The club then went bankrupt at the end of that season. The club was then re-founded in 2001. The club played in the amateur Italian 4th-tier level Serie C Basket, during the 2014–15 season. Dave Johnson (basketball)
Dave M. Johnson (born November 16, 1970) is an American former professional basketball player who had a brief career in the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the early 1990s. Born in Morgan City, Louisiana, Johnson attended Syracuse University, where, as a junior and senior, he developed into a high scoring small forward. Following his senior year, he participated in the now defunct Orlando Classic pre-draft camp/tournament and made the all-tourney team. He had the highest measured vertical leap of all the camp participants (34 inches), was the leading scorer in the tournament (19 points per game) and also won the Slam Dunk Contest. Kenneth Neil Atkinson (born June 2, 1967) is an American professional basketball coach and former player who serves as assistant coach for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was previously the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets from 2016 to 2020. Miles Aiken (born December 27, 1941) is an American former professional basketball player, coach of the British Olympic basketball team, and sportscaster of basketball and American football. He was a center in college for St. Bonaventure University in the 1960s, and averaged over 23 points a game before suffering a knee injury. After college, he played as a power forward in the EuroLeague. There, he won two championships with Real Madrid. He also won the FIBA Saporta Cup with Partenope Napoli.
