Pınarlı () is a village in the Baskil District of Elazığ Province in Turkey. The village is populated by Kurds of the Izol tribe and had a population of 145 in 2021. Elazığ Province
Elazığ () is a city in the Eastern Anatolia Region, Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey, and the administrative centre of Elazığ Province and Elazığ District.
