Pär Bengtsson
Pär Bengtsson (21 July 1922 – 23 October 2007) was a Swedish professional association football, footballer who played as a Striker (football), striker. Club career Halmstads BK Bengtsson began playing for his local team, Halmstads BK, who had just been promoted to the Allsvenskan, the highest level of football in Sweden. Although World War II was going on at the time, Sweden was neutral, though playing sports in wartime did mean that the roster had to be rotated more often than normal. Because Halmstad had just been promoted, they struggled in the Allsvenskan, and they never finished higher than 6th (out of 12) before being relegated in 1946. Halmstad () is a port, university, industrial and recreational urban areas of Sweden, city at the mouth of the Nissan (river), Nissan river, in the provinces of Sweden, province of Halland on the Sweden, Swedish west coast. The Superga air disaster (, "Tragedy of Superga") occurred on 4 May 1949, when a Fiat G.212 of Avio Linee Italiane (Italian Airlines), carrying the entire Torino F.C., Torino association football, football team (popularly known as the ''Grande Torino''), crashed into the retaining wall at the back of the Basilica of Superga, which stands on a hill on the outskirts of Turin. Dick Van Dijk
Dirk Wouter Johannes "Dick" van Dijk (15 February 1946 – 8 July 1997) was a Dutch professional footballer who played as a forward for FC Twente and Ajax Amsterdam. He was a member of Ajax's European Cup victory in 1971. He earned seven caps for the Netherlands national football team. Club career Dick van Dijk grew up in Gouda and played football in his youth in the local amateur club. When he was sixteen, he met coach Hans Croon of SVV, with whom he played in the Second division. Van Dijk was the top scorer for the club in 1966 when SVV won promotion to the First Division. He was invited to the Dutch youth team and the Dutch military team. Hervé Revelli (born 5 May 1946) is a French former footballer who played as a forward. Career Revelli scored 31 Ligue 1 goals during the calendar year of 1969. Fifty years later in 2019, Kylian Mbappé became the first French player to score at least 30 goals in a calendar year in Ligue 1 since Revelli's feat. Revelli is the joint-top scorer in the Derby Rhône-Alpes between Saint-Étienne and Lyon with 14 goals along with former Lyon player Fleury Di Nallo.
