Przemysław Sadowski (born March 18, 1975) is a Polish actor. Biography He was born in Hajnówka, but grew up in Białystok. He participated first degree music school in piano and guitar. Before he completed his studies in 1999 at the National Film School in Łódź, he debuted first on scene in the role as an Elf in a performance entitled ''A Midsummer Night's Dream'' in Stefan Jaracz's Theatre, which he participated between 1997 and 1999. He later performed in theatres: ''Polskim w Szczecin''(2000), ''Scena Prezentacje'' in Warsaw (2000, 2002 to 2004), Nowym Praga (2005) and Tadeusz Łomnicki's Na Woli (2006). In 2000 for the first time he played roles in four different films: ''Syzyfowe prace (film), Syzyfowe prace'', ''Pierwszy Milion'', ''Strefa ciszy'' and ''Enduro Bojz''. Hajnówka (; ; Podlachian microlanguage, Podlachian: ''Hájnuvka''; ) is a town and a powiat seat in eastern Poland (Podlaskie Voivodeship) with 21,442 inhabitants (2014). It is the capital of Hajnówka County. The town is also notable for its proximity to the Białowieża Forest, the biggest Old-growth forest, primaeval forest in Europe. ''In Desert and Wilderness'' () is a 2001 Polish film directed by Gavin Hood. Adapted from the 1911 novel '' In Desert and Wilderness'' by Henryk Sienkiewicz, it tells the story of two children, Staś Tarkowski and Nel Rawlison, kidnapped by the rebels during Mahdi's rebellion in Sudan. Production Filming took three months. It was filmed in South Africa and Tunisia. The original director, Maciej Dutkiewicz, fell ill at the very beginning of filming and his role was taken by Hood. A miniseries version of the film was later broadcast in 2002. Its content differed from the book and the film was said to be more modern, notably in its depiction of intercultural relationships. The film enjoyed considerable success. Music The soundtrack for the film was composed by Krzesimir Dębski. The themse song was Beata Kozidrak's 2000 song ''Rzeka marzeń'' (River of Dreams).
