Probuild
Probuild was an Australian construction company that traded from 1987 until 2022. History Probuild was founded in 1987 by Phil Mehtren. In 2000 it was purchased by Wilson Bayly Holmes Ovcon. An attempt to sell the business to the China Communications Construction Company in 2021 was blocked by the Government of Australia on national security grounds. In February 2022, it was placed in voluntary administration by Wilson Bayly Holmes Ovcon with Deloitte appointed administrator. Roberts & Co took over five projects in Melbourne, while the Western Australian business was sold to SRG Global. Hutchinson Builders took over the 443 Queen Street, Brisbane project. 443 Queen Street, Brisbane
443 Queen Street is a residential skyscraper constructed at 443 Queen Street, Brisbane, Australia. The site is the last riverfront location in the Brisbane central business district. The 47 storey tower includes 106 one bedroom, 106 two bedroom and 54 four bedroom apartments. All 264 apartments will have views of the Brisbane River. Due to its unique design the tower is described as a high rise Queenslander. A development application for the project was lodged with the Brisbane City Council in October 2015. The University of Queensland, that owned the adjoining Customs House, unsuccessfully appealed the approval. Demolition of the former office building commenced in October 2017, with construction of the footings for the new building commencing in May 2018. Construction was suspended in February 2022 after contractor Probuild was placed in administration. The building was completed by Hutchinson Builders.

The Ribbon, Sydney
The Ribbon is a hotel, apartment building, retail store and movie theatre located in Darling Harbour, Sydney. It contains the W Sydney hotel and IMAX Sydney, the third-largest operating movie theatre screen in the world. The building is named The Ribbon due to its unusual ribbon-like appearance. On its northern and southern sides, the building is flanked by two carriageways of the Western Distributor. History The Ribbon is built upon the site of the old IMAX theatre which was built in 1996 and was demolished after closing in 2016. Construction on the new building started in 2017, was finished in 2022 and opened on 12 October 2023. Aurora Melbourne Central is a high residential skyscraper in Melbourne, Australia. It is Melbourne's third-tallest building and the fifth tallest building in Australia. The Greenland Centre is a 68-storey residential skyscraper in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, located on the corner of Bathurst and Pitt Street.
