Priit Herodes
Priit Herodes (born 14 January 1948) is an Estonian heraldist. From 2000 to 2006, Herodes was the chairman of the Estonian Heritage Society and is currently a member of their board. He has designed numerous hues and flags, including the emblems of many Estonian municipalities and state institutions. For example, he has designed the official post of the mayor of Tallinn, Tallinn Town Hall Square, the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, the Symbolism of the Public Service Academy and the Narva Aleksandri Congregation. Heraldry is a discipline relating to the design, display and study of armorial bearings (known as armory), as well as related disciplines, such as vexillology, together with the study of ceremony, Imperial, royal and noble ranks, rank and genealogy, pedigree. Estonian Academy Of Security Sciences
Estonian Academy of Security Sciences () is a public vocational university in Estonia. It provides professional education for Estonian civil servants under the Estonian Ministry of the Interior. Its objective is to ensure a secure state and stable development, and to contribute to the security of the European Union. It was established on 15 April 1992 and is based in Tallinn. It has facilities in Pärnu County, Väike-Maarja Parish, Narva and Meriküla. History The academy was founded on 15 April 1992, by the Estonian Government. Studies began on October 12. Õru
Õru is a small borough (') in Valga Parish, Valga County, southern Estonia. Tootsi
Tootsi is a borough () in Põhja-Pärnumaa Parish, Pärnu County, in southwestern Estonia. Before the administrative reform in 2017, Tootsi had a municipality status of its own as Tootsi Parish () within Pärnu County.
