Pratap Shankar Hazra
Pratap Shankar Hazra (; born 3 April 1943) is a former Bangladeshi national football and hockey player and coach. He is a former national coach of Bangladesh. Early life Pratap was born on 3 April 1943 in Sreenagar Upazila of Munshiganj District in Bengal, British India, the son of Priyo Shankar and Annapurna Hazra. He spent most of his childhood living in Armanitola, Dacca. He passed matriculation from Armanitola High School in 1960 and gained admission to Jagannath College. Pratap passed his higher secondary in 1964 and was admitted to Dacca University, where he majored in Bachelor of Arts. Club career Football Pratap began playing inter-college football in 1961, representing Jagannath College, and eventually joined Victoria SC in the Dhaka First Division League in the same year. Abdullah Rahi
Abdullah Rahi (born 1938), is a Pakistani former footballer who played as an inside right forward. Abdullah represented the Pakistan national football team in the 1960s, and was member of the national squad which finished finalists at the 1962 Merdeka Tournament. Early life Abdullah was born in Makran, British India. Club career Abdullah started his playing career in 1954 for several Karachi based clubs such as Baghdad Sports, Sindh Government Press, and Keamari Mohammedan in the regional Karachi First Division Football League. In 1958, he embarked in a tour to Saudi Arabia with Karachi Kickers. Ali Nawaz Baloch
Ali Nawaz Baloch PP (; 3 July 1949 – 28 October 2022) was a Pakistani professional footballer who played as a striker. Renowned for his goal-scoring abilities and hat-tricks, he is widely considered as one of the greatest Pakistani footballers of all time. Rising through the ranks from school football, Nawaz represented clubs from Dhaka in East Pakistan and is one of the Pakistani footballers who represented clubs in the United Arab Emirates in the 1970s. He emerged as the top-scorer of the 1975–76 UAE Football League with Emirates SC. He later represented Pakistan Airlines in his later years. Jagannath University (JnU) () is a public university located in Sadarghat, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Armanitola Government High School
Armanitola Government High School is a secondary school for boys in Armanitola, in the old part of Dhaka, Bangladesh. It celebrated its centenary in 2004. History This school was established in 1904 by the British government, as an experimental school of the only teacher training college of East Bengal at that time. The school started at a vast campus with red brick buildings constructed in the British style at a location in front of the Tara Masjid (Star Mosque), a famous monument of Muslim architecture. Within a few years after its establishment, it drew attention of the city dwellers for its performance in education, sports and culture.
