Prabhu Deva
Prabhu Deva (born 3 April 1973) is an Indian dance choreographer, film director, producer and actor who has worked predominantly in Tamil language, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu language, Telugu language films also appeared in few Kannada and Malayalam films. In a career spanning 32 years, he has performed and designed dancing styles and has garnered two National Film Awards for National Film Award for Best Choreography, Best Choreography. In 2019, he was awarded the Padma Shri for his contributions to dance. ''Rowdy Rathore'' is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screwvala under the UTV Motion Pictures and Bhansali Productions banners. A remake of the 2006 Telugu film '' Vikramarkudu'', based on an original story written by V. Vijayendra Prasad, it stars Akshay Kumar in a dual role of a brave police officer and a thief.
