Tweak UI is a free Application software, application, released in 1996 by Microsoft for customizing the Microsoft Windows operating system's user interface. Cabinet (or CAB) is an archive-file format for Microsoft Windows that supports lossless data compression and embedded digital certificates used for maintaining archive integrity.
