Police × Heroine Lovepatrina!
is a Japanese Tokusatsu TV drama series that aired from July 26, 2020, until June 27, 2021. It is the fourth installment in the '' Girls × Heroine Series'' produced by Takara Tomy and OLM, Inc. (with the assistance of Shogakukan and EXPG Studio). The series stars Miyu Watanabe, Rina Yamaguchi, Yui Yamashita and Yura Sugiura. Additional cast members include Keiji Kuroki and Saeko Kamijō. The plot centers around Lovepatrina, a group of young girls who protect love from the antagonist Warupyoko, who plans on removing love from the world to create his own. The show launched a brief idol career for the main cast members, who perform as the Japanese idol girl group lovely². Following the show's end in 2021, it was succeeded by ''Bittomo × Heroine Kirameki Powers!'' Girls2 (pronounced "Girls Girls") is a Japanese idol girl group formed by LDH in 2019. The group consist of EXPG Studio graduates who starred in Takashi Miike's '' Girls × Heroine'' series. The group debuted in June 2019 with the release of their first single, "Daijyoubu." Mayu Watanabe
is a Japanese former singer and actress. Watanabe started her career as a member of the idol girl group AKB48 under Team B. In the annual AKB48 General Elections event, she had consistently been voted by fans to rank among the group's top members. She has released five solo singles, many of which have peaked in the top ten in the Oricon charts, and one solo album. She left the group on the last day of 2017 and on the first day of 2018 and pursued as an acting career until her retirement from the entertainment industry in June 2020.
