Pleasant Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska, United States. It is part of the Fairbanks, Alaska Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 725 at the 2010 census, up from 623 at the 2000 census. Geography Pleasant Valley is located at (64.877256, -146.884023), in the valley of the Chena River east of Fairbanks.
