Pleasant Run Farm is a census-designated place (CDP) in Springfield Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. The population was 4,779 at the 2020 census. History Pleasant Run Farm is named after the Pleasant Run residential subdivision, which hosted the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati's fifth annual Homearama show in 1965. At , it was the largest subdivision approved by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission up to that time. An additional 100 homes were added to the subdivision beginning in 1967. The Pleasant Run Farms Civic Association was founded in 1969. Geography Pleasant Run Farm is located northwest of Cincinnati, between Forest Park and Fairfield. Colerain Township is one of the twelve townships of Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. The population of the township was 59,037 at the 2020 census. It is the second-largest township in Ohio by area, surpassed by West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio. Forest Park is the second most populous city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. It is a suburb of Cincinnati. The population was 20,189 at the 2020 census. History The City of Forest Park, Ohio was founded in 1956, two years after private developers Marvin Warner and Joseph Kanter purchased 3,400 acres of 5,930 acres north of Cincinnati originally set aside in 1935 by the Resettlement Administration under President Franklin D.
