Planet Of The Symbiotes
"Planet of the Symbiotes" is a five-issue comic book story arc written by David Michelinie and published by Marvel Comics in 1995. The arc spanned the five "Super Special #1" editions of the Spider-Man titles available at the time: ''The Amazing Spider-Man'', ''Spider-Man'', ''The Spectacular Spider-Man'', ''Venom'', and ''Web of Spider-Man''. The plot continued a narrative first published in the four-part limited series '' Venom: Separation Anxiety'' (1994) where doubt is placed in the mind of Eddie Brock about who is in control of the relationship between himself and the sentient Venom symbiote that grants him his powers. The story centers on the invasion of Earth by an army of symbiotes and the efforts of Venom, Spider-Man, and Scarlet Spider to stop them. Steve Lightle
Steve Lightle (November 19, 1959 – January 8, 2021) was an American comics artist who worked primarily as a penciller. He was best known as the artist of DC Comics' ''Legion of Super-Heroes'' and ''Doom Patrol'' titles. Biography Steve Lightle attended the Johnson County Community College in the Kansas City metropolitan area. His first professional comic book work was a five-page story in ''Black Diamond'' #4 (Feb. 1984) published by AC Comics. He followed this with his debut at DC Comics, drawing a 10-page story in '' New Talent Showcase'' #4 (April 1984), a series intended to provide work for up-and-coming artists who did not have a regular assignment. In 1984, Lightle followed Keith Giffen as the penciller of ''Legion of Super-Heroes''. Lightle described it as being a "dream assignment" to work on the title. ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' is an ongoing American superhero American comic book, comic book series featuring the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man as its title character and main protagonist. Being in the Earth 616, mainstream continuity of the franchise, it was the character's first title, launching seven months after his introduction in the final issue of ''Amazing Fantasy''. The series began publication with a March 1963 cover date and has been published nearly continuously to date over six volumes with only one significant interruption. Issues of the title currently feature an issue number within its sixth volume, as well as a "legacy" number reflecting the issue's overall number across all ''Amazing Spider-Man'' volumes. Hosts Donna Diego The Scream symbiote was one of the five symbiotes that were forcefully spawned from the original Venom symbiote, and was their unofficial Californian leader. Donna Diego was a volunteer for the Life Foundation, a survivalist group within the American government preparing both for the mutually assured destruction fallout of the Cold War and to provide a comfortable life for wealthy clients after the impending nuclear holocaust. A-Bomb Abomination Absorbing Man Abraxas Abyss Abyss is the name of two characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Nils Styger Abyss is a mutant and the half-brother of Nightcrawler. He was created by Scott Lobdell, Mark Waid, Roger Cruz, and Steve Epting, and he first appeared in ''Age of Apocalypse: Alpha'', which takes place in an alternate reality. The ''Age of Apocalypse'' version of the character is a Horsemen of Apocalypse and a living portal who can send others to another dimension.
