Pineview (also spelled Pine View) is a neighbourhood in Beacon Hill-Cyrville Ward in the east end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Prior to amalgamation in 2001, the neighbourhood was part of the City of Gloucester. As of the Canada 2021 Census, the neighbourhood had a population of 6,179. It is bounded by the Queensway on the north, Highway 417 to the west, the Greenbelt on the east and Innes Road to the south. Its adjacent neighbourhoods are Beacon Hill, Blackburn Hamlet and Cyrville. Ottawa Road 174, formerly Ottawa-Carleton Regional Road 174 and commonly referred to as Highway 174, is a municipal expressway and numbered road in the City of Ottawa which serves the eastern suburbs of Orléans and Cumberland. The four-lane freeway segment between Highway 417/Aviation Parkway junction to Trim Road (Ottawa Road57) is also known as the Queensway, in addition the ''Queensway'' name continues to be applied to Highway417 west of that intersection. Blair Road (Ottawa)
Blair Road (Ottawa Road #27) is a road in the eastern part of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It begins just south of the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway, but does not connect to the parkway, except for a small bike-path connection to the Ottawa River Pathway - one of the city's main bike trails that runs along the Ottawa River. Starting out quite minor, the northernmost part of the road is a two-lane collector road (north of Montreal Road) or minor arterial road (south of Montreal Road), running past residential areas and to the east of the massive National Research Council and Canadian Security Intelligence Service campuses. Cyrville (also referred to as Cummings) is a neighbourhood in Beacon Hill-Cyrville Ward in the east-end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The area is located within the former City of Gloucester, and is roughly bounded on the north, west and south by the former Gloucester City limit, and on the east by the Aviation Parkway and Highway 417. Once a francophone farming village, the area now a mix of residential and industrial land, being home to the Cyrville Industrial Area. Blackburn Hamlet, Ontario
Blackburn Hamlet is a suburban community in Orléans West-Innes Ward, in the east end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Before the 2001 amalgamation of the city of Ottawa, it was in the city of Gloucester. It is surrounded by rural areas and contains several older and newer areas of settlement. According to the Canada 2021 Census, its population was 8,173. The community took its name from Robert Blackburn, former Member of Parliament for Russell. Often referred to by the locals as simply "Blackburn," it is one of only two suburban areas (the other being Bells Corners) surrounded by National Capital Commission (NCC) Greenbelt lands as well as lands owned by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) which were formerly the National Defence Proving Grounds. Beacon Hill is a neighbourhood located in Beacon Hill-Cyrville Ward in the east end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Beacon Hill was a part of the City of Gloucester, Ontario, Gloucester until it was amalgamated with the new city of Ottawa in 2001. Greenbelt (Ottawa)
The Greenbelt is a protected green belt traversing Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It includes green space, forests, farms, and wetlands from Shirleys Bay in the west and to Green's Creek in the east.
