Pia Kästner
Pia Kästner (born 29 June 1998 in Eisenhüttenstadt) is a German volleyball player. She participated in the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League. Career Pia Kästner played in her youth league at Eisenhüttenstadt and later at SC Potsdam. From 2013 to 2017, she played with the junior team of VC Olympia Berlin in the second and first Bundesliga, as well as in the junior national team, with them in 2015 at the 2015 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship in Peru, and at the 2016 UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Hungary. In 2017, she played for Allianz MTV Stuttgart Allianz MTV Stuttgart is a German professional volleyball team based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. Eisenhüttenstadt
Eisenhüttenstadt (; ; ) is a town in the Oder-Spree district of the state of Brandenburg, in eastern Germany, on the border with Poland. East Germany founded the city in 1950. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the program at the Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics. The 2018 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League was the inaugural edition of the FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League, a new annual international women's volleyball tournament contested by 16 national teams that replaced the former FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix, World Grand Prix in the international calendar. 2016 UEFA European Under-19 Championship
The 2016 UEFA European Under-19 Championship was the 15th edition of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship (65th edition if the Under-18 and Junior eras are included), the annual European international youth association football, football championship contested by the men's under-19 national teams of UEFA member associations. Germany, which were selected by UEFA on 20 March 2012, hosted the tournament between 11 and 24 July 2016. A total of eight teams competed in the final tournament, with players born on or after 1 January 1997 eligible to participate. Same as previous editions held in even-numbered years, the tournament acted as the UEFA qualifiers for the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
