Peña Blanca is a mountain in Chile with an elevation of metres. Peña Blanca is within the following mountain ranges: Chilean Andes, Puna de Atacama. It is on the border of two provinces: Chilean provinces of Chañaral and Copiapó. Its slopes are within the territory of two Chilean cities: Diego de Almagro and Copiapó. First ascent Peña Blanca was first climbed by Sergio Kunsmann, Pedro Rosende and Etienne Vian (Chile) in November 21st 1967. American Alpine Journal 1957, page 74-91 mentions an ascent by Gajardo to Peñas Blancas (Feb 7th 1957). But this was probably to the secondary summit as Kunsmann, Rosende and Vian did not find any evidence of such ascent. Elevation It has an official height of 6030 meters. Peña Blanca Lake
Peña Blanca Lake is a reservoir in Arizona, United States, located northwest of Nogales. The facilities are maintained by the Coronado National Forest division of the USDA Forest Service. The lake was created in 1957 by the Arizona Game and Fish Department.Back then this lake was known for a plush resort that was located there. In 2008, the lake was closed to clean mercury contamination within the sediment, thought to be from old mines in the area. Also the former plush resort was removed as well. The lake was reopened in August 2009. In 2013, an Arizona Department of Environmental Quality report showed that mercury levels were similar to those before the lake was drained and dredged. One potential cause for the high mercury could be naturally occurring mercury seeping through the faults or a spring in the lake, though these claims are still under investigation. The Peñablanca Protected Landscape and Seascape (formerly known as the Callao Cave National Park) is a protected area and national park in Peñablanca, Cagayan. It is on the border with Isabela province, contiguous with the Northern Sierra Madre Natural Park. The protected area, best known as the location of Callao Cave, covers the largest block of forest under conservation in the province. It covers of the northern Sierra Madre mountain range and its adjacent Pacific coast. The protected area is home to the Callao Cave Eco-Tourism Zone being promoted by the locals as the 'Caving Adventure Capital of the Philippines'. More than 300 caves dot the protected area, 75 of which have been documented by the National Museum since 1977. Villa Alemana (; "German Village" in English) is a city and commune in Chile's Zona Central. It was founded in 1896 by Italian and German immigrants. Villa Alemana is a part of the urban area known as Greater Valparaiso. Villa Alemana's flag is notable for having the flag of the German Empire banded on it, along with the Flag of Germany.
