Júlio dos Santos Ângelo (born 4 April 1960), better known as Peu, is a Brazilian former professional footballer and manager who played as a Forward (association football), forward. Career A speed striker, Peu stood out for Flamengo in the early 1980s, a multi-champion team. He also played a large part of his career at CSA, where he was state champion twice, Botafogo-SP, Cruzeiro and Monterrey. Managerial career He worked as a coach, especially in lower division teams in the Northeast Region, Brazil, northeast region. He managed to become champion three times in access divisions. Maceió (), formerly anglicised as Maceio, is the capital and the largest city of the coastal state of Alagoas, Brazil. The name "Maceió" is an Indigenous term for a Spring (hydrology), spring. Most maceiós flow to the sea, but some get trapped and form lakes ("lagoas", in Portuguese). There are numerous maceiós and lakes in this part of Brazil; because of this, the city was named Maceió, and the state, Alagoas. The new Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport connects Maceió with many Brazilian cities and also operates some international flights. The city is home to the Federal University of Alagoas.
